Santa.com provides a service that enables adults to send personalized texts messages from Santa to their children, family or friends, a dedicated Kids page for children under 13 with a free service for sending messages to Santa and receiving a reply from an email address dedicated to Santa, free downloadable coloring pages, a blog for parents and children and additional pages with information including nonprofit organizations not operated by Santa.com. We take you and your child’s privacy seriously.
Registration is required for certain areas of the Services, including signing up to receive personalized texts from Santa. Registration is not required to email Santa on through the children’s areas of the Services.
When an adult, parent or legal guardian registers with the Services, they will provide information including an email address, password, first and last name, address, city, state, country, zip code and credit card number. Additional information such as a child or recipient’s first name, birth date, town, pet name and present desired, or a coupon code, is optional.
Santa.com will not collect from a child, adult, parent or legal guardian more personal information than is reasonably necessary to provide the child the requested activities or services.

Unregistered users who contact customer support may be asked to provide an email address which will be used for a one time contact to deliver a response from our customer support team. Email addresses will not be stored and no additional emails will be sent to this email address in the future.
To email Santa, a child or recipient’s first name and a parent email is required. Parent email will be used for a one time contact to deliver an email from Santa and to notify a parent that their child has emailed Santa. Email addresses will not be stored and no additional emails will be sent to either email address in the future.
Users who wish to receive the “Nice List” newsletter, which contains informative announcements and promotional information about the Services will be asked to provide a Parent or adult email address. Emails sent to the Santa.com “Nice List” subscribers include an opt out option.
Any information collected through the Services will never be disclosed to any third parties for marketing purposes. In certain limited instances, some information may be shared with our third party service providers to enable certain features of the Services, such as credit card processing. Your credit card information is securely processed by Stripe. More information about the steps that Stripe takes to protect your information can be found here. Our service providers are prohibited from using credit card data or other information collected through the Services for their own purposes.
Finally, in rare instances, your information may be shared with third parties in the event of a corporate transaction, such as the sale of a Services, a merger or acquisition, consolidation, asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy. Additionally, information may be shared to comply with legal process and/or to respond to requests from competent public and government authorities.
We take your data security very seriously. In order to keep the information you provide to us through the Services secure, we employ several robust security procedures, including: storage of data in an encrypted format, use of SSL encryption for web sessions, use of a Web Application Firewall, tokenized and encrypted login credentials, automated software to block repeated bad login attempts, and limitations on employee access to this information. We do not store your credit card information, which is securely processed by Stripe. Parents who wish to review, edit, or delete their child’s account may do so using the Parental Control Dashboard after logging in offered through the Services. Parents or guardians may use the dashboard to access and manage a child’s account data, view any personal information associated with the child’s account, delete any personal information associated with the child’s account, discontinue further collection or use of the child’s personal information, or deactivate the child’s account. Parents may also contact us using the below information to request we perform any of these actions.
